I really don't see FFXV reaching it guys. The highest rated FF on Metacritic is FFIX, at 94. And FFXV has this obligation of being the "savior of jrpgs" or eastern games in general, so the pressure is abnormally high.

True. Unfortunately, it being open world could be a double edged sword with reviewers. Some may love it, while others despise it, no matter how well it's implemented. We'll have to see. 

I doubt it, open world games have become the norm, as long as they implement it correctly and it looks like they are.  There's gonna be plenty to do in the world, its not gonna feel empty and the open world allows you to take on missions from multiple different ways, something that was very restrictive with the linear format, which promotes exploration.

Metacritic and reviewers are becoming less relevant so I don't think it really matters.

I think Uncharted 4 will score below 90 actually. It's improvements are incremental and it is, obviously, the fourth main game in the series and will be marked down for not feeling new.
