This should really require the franchise having been inactive for a full generation (as in no more recent appearance than GameCube and Gameboy Advanced); a franchise is not inactive just cause it hasn't had a release yet on the latest machine.

Having said that:

1. ice climber.... now more focus with the puzzles.... imagine ice climber in a form of Captain Toad! that would be awesome!
2. balloon fight with a graphics like splatoon.... and characters similar to splat and customizable with distinct abilities... now you have a supersmash with balloons....
3. pokemon stadium for wii u! I mean why not?
