Better then PC? You should reevaluate that sentence. Also, poly-counts for most Xbox 1/PS4 titles are nearly the same, its the framerate/resolution differences that stick out.

But even going by that logic, you are telling me that system-defining games take a back seat and are merely the icing on the cake to a console with better specs? That you are fine with hyping up pretty games with little substance until the REAL quality exclusives come along? K. 


Yes ps4 exclusive so far even look better than pc-games on maxed out settings, you cant deny that by looking at the games. Only crysis 1 maybe looks better if you know what mods you have to install but then again i said this generation not the 7th-gen. And its a fact that pc has no tripple A exclusives anymore but is soley relying on multiplats based on the console versions.

Now by saying that i am not in any way saying that ps4 is stronger than the strongest pcs but the ps4 exclusives arent avaible on pc and therefor the ps4 has the best looking games who would probably run better on pc with higher frame-rate etc, but of course there are not avaible on pc in the first place.

And yes people buy new consoles to have better graphics in the first years thats how its always has been, if gameplay is more important for you then its better to stick to last gen as it has tons of good games still left who come out or good games you and me havent even played yet.

 


Nope this is just wrong. I just sold my PS4 and built a gaming machine that only cost me $800. I'm running my games only at 1080p and Crysis 3 was unreal it looked amazing. Even my GF who was pissed that I sold the PS4 couldn't believe how much better it looked. She said she knew it would look better but this was above and beyond anything she expected.

Now imagine the guys who are running there games at 4k? They are on a completely different level then even I am.

Ready At Dawn should probably have made a GoW for the Vita... Or at least have made a new IP that was in the hack 'n' slash genre since they're not only experienced with it but did an AMAZING job with Ghost of Sparta.

Oh well, will still buy TO:1886 when it hits the bargain bin if only to give it a chance.

@method114--- you man are crazy to think order 1886 looks better then games on pc at max settings. There are tonnes of games that top order 1886 graphically easily such as crysis 1 , 3 , newest metro, battlefield 4, i would say newest COD on pc woudl top it , witcher 3, witcher 2, i would even include the latest AC unity on pc due to scale of the world . Thats jsut from the top of my head. i am not much f a pc gamer but i ams ure people who are pc gamers here, can easily add to the list here

This post is pretty sad. He addresses the quality of the games and your response is graphics? I hope this is a joke.

They should have made a sequel to Daxter. The first game was so much fun.

PC has games that are running on max setting in 4K and at 60fps. How is an (essentially) tech demo with black bars technologically or graphically impressive? Not saying that the PS4 has horrible graphics, but saying that the PS4 has better graphics than high-end PC is just flat out wrong.

 So if run old pc games like counterstrike@4k and 120fps that makes it better looking than the ps4 exclusives graphicswise?
 just an exaggerration but you get the meaning
