Xbox players wouldn't be interested anyway. Sony only make interactive movies, not like the real games on Xbox

I guess there are even crazy people on Xbox who perhaps want to play a game from dawn to midday. Perhaps not that much... But gladly there are also multiplats on PSNow which could save the service.

But wouldn't they run at 720p, like they already do? What's the advantage?

No, PS3 games seldom run at 720p, they are only the exception. And of course they would be upscaled to 1080p. But perhaps Sony is able to improve the tech to get games to a higher resolution via re-rendering their old PS3 games so we get better graphics than on PS3.

There are a lot of sub HD title on the PS3, but 1280x720 titles are hardly rare. There's hundreds of them. Same with the 360.

And then you cry foul when people tell you that you overcriticize ps exclusives. This is a blatant lie and you know it.

Hundreds?! I don't wanna see a list but... I really doubt this. Same for 360.

What?! http://www.playstation.com/en-us/explore/psnow/game-library/

Saints Row, Mass Effect 2, Darksiders, to only name a few. Now where am I lying?

PS Now on Windows 10 - is this a done deal? but won't happen to X1 since they are direct competitors.

Oh you're an xbot? I'd thought you were a drony... regardless I disagree. Gamer's might all like different experiences accross the three platforms but gaming is seldom totally alien between platforms...

Except Pikmin.

The question is:

Would MS do anything to prevent PSNow from working on Xbone ?

Even if Xbox and Windows 10 share the same kernel, you won't be able to run just any Windows software you like on X1. Microsoft will keep an eye out for that and only allow certain apps. Only possibility would be a hacked console, but there's way to little interest in that today. Back in the days, people hacked their console to make it their media center (the original Xbox was godlike with a flashed DVD drive!) but nowadays you just use your smartphone for that. No need to invest an assload of time on consoles because of that. Yeah, there's the crackers who want to play pirated software, but most of those people are just not talented enough to really hack a console.

Oh, I got a little off topic. Long story short: won't happen.
