MM3D is at 1.1 million retail in two weeks! Can it hit 3 million lifetime?

Next gen most likely.
1: We aren't counting digital sales which will rise in the next gen.
2: Zelda U will sell at least 6m, which means the total would be at least 88m at that time.
3: Next gen Zelda will sell about 6m or more, plus digital sales and remakes.

I believe that MM3D could very well hit upwards of 4 million. As for the series reaching 100, I'm going to conservative and say 3 more entries.

Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland is actually a pretty decent game though
.
Anyway, combining the sales of the ports/remakes with the originals does make things look better, but it's kind of cheating
. Arguably the only one you can combine is Twilight Princess since that was a simultaneous release (more or less).

I totally would have purchased them if they had released in North America... Just because they are related to Zelda lol. What is the gameplay like?
Kind of cheating yes :D, but there are a lot of people who have only experienced the game with the newer versions. And when games are multiplatform, I know several people (I know they are a small minority, but they are there) who purchase the same game across multiple platforms, sometimes multiple copies on the same platform just to be able to play cooperatively with a family member lol.
I really wish I could know the digital sales. I bet they are pretty decent.

I think some of you are being way to optimistic.
MM 4m? I can't see it, OoT 3DS hasn't done it why would this? The sales being more front heavy is typical of a system later in it's life so I don't think thats any reason to get excited.
Zelda Wii U 6m? Only 3 Zelda skus have ever sold over this, how is this gonna happen on a system with Nintendos lowest install base?
I love Zelda but sales of this magnitude aren't realistic in Nintendo's current climate.

It's been a while since I played it, but I can say it's a weird game.
It's an adventure game, with some elements of 2D Zelda and even a few RPG elements. There's a lot of grinding, for rupees. Battles aren't action-based, but decided by a roll of the dice (I think), based on your skills and those of an enemy. When you run into an enemy, you'll see a cartoon-style brawl between Tingle and the enemy.
The story is silly, I don't really remember it, but it has something to do with an antagonist that's extremely greedy. He even looks like a rupee. There's one very significant thing though which I like to be canon in the whole Zelda Universe. The game states that Tingle isn't really an individual per se, but it's rather like a state of being. A curse if you will, upon those who come in contact with too many rupees. That would explain why there are Tingles in Majora's Mask and Wind Waker, why he has a regular father in the first, and why there's wooden dolls of him (easter eggs) in other games like Skyward Sword and Spirit Tracks.
Hyrule Warriors is at 900k, when do you think it will pass 1 million retail?

Does anybody think that Tri Force Heroes can sell 1 million? Or will it sell worse than Four Swords Adventures and be the second Zelda title to sell under 1 million?
