It pretty much feels like we are being dictated on what is good or what is bad, by people who either liked it or didn't like it.
It's just another game, and if people don't like it, fine. if people do? Good for them.
All the drama around it, makes it all worse.
If the game isn't good for the community, games like this will make people realize it on their own.
When people like the stuff they see, and people slam on the game 24/7.. they will just feel like protecting it more, therefore the entire point with trying to force them to see, from the beginning on why we should have more for 60$ was an dead attempt from the start.
to change the community for the better, pretty much dead from the start. People will get over-protective. It's like trying to tella religious person or a cult that their faith is wrong. they will feel threatened by it and will go into an offence mode, while deep down, they do have doubts.
Just let the game release, if it is an flop, people will be more careful next time. making them angry before the release will just make people hold onto it stronger, therefore they will damage control it to protect it, because they don't want people to say: Haha, told you so.
