Hopefully that doesn't harm the quality of the story and gameplay.

Zelda doesn't need a good story to be great Imo.but how would this harm the story?

For me it does. Zelda's gameplay is good, but without a good story I don't the games compelling. That's why LttP is just average to me whereas Majora's Mask and Twilight Princess are fantastic.

I wonder what kind of definition of "large" he's using. Maybe file size, but that is technically limitless as you can just print it on multiple discs.

I was wondering this too... The actual size of the world itself has little to do with the hardware (assuming you don't mind a lot of disks :p). PS2 level hardware could, hypothetically, 'run' a game world the size of the universe if the developer was so inclined. The hardware mostly just effects how dynamic the world is, and how much of it (and at what fidelity) is shown on-screen at once.

I think, Zelda U should be more full of life, than Skyward Sword was. SS was very empty, even the enemies were so rare in this game. Like in Link to the Past would be perfect, everything there lived.

Are you sure? I mean, SS was the game with few areas all packed with enemies, puzzles and collectables.

He means the sky. The "world below" was indeed quite well put together.

Although in my mind all they need to do is make it better than Twilight Princess' hyrule field, which was a bit of a tease in that regard.

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

Lol, come on Aonuma. Everyone knows that XCX will be bigger. And that's OK because XCX isn't Zelda. Zelda doesn't NEED to have the biggest world possible. It just has to be big enough and seamless.

I never understand people saying stuff like this. Absolutely none of the Zelda games have a good story. None of them.

Welp. The sky is so forgettable that even I didn't remember.
