Etrian Odyssey started on the DS and got multiple releases on the 3DS (IV and Millenium Girl) that did comparable to their predecessors. The Shin Megami Tensei main series got a release on the 3DS that is the best selling in the main series. It first appeared on the SNES.

I have a couple that are missing. Cooking Mama, which originated on the DS, and Taiko no Tatsujin, which has seen two releases exclusively for Wii U and another two for 3DS (only in Japan).

Also, its first Nintendo platform was the Wii.

Gamecube had Super Monkey Ball, and we got Super Monkey Ball 3D on 3DS. I want a Wii U title, personally. I have a lot of memories with the second gamecube title.

Also, Mario Golf as we know it today began on the N64. The games on the NES were Golf and NES Open Tournament Golf, not the same Mario Golf that was recently continued on the 3DS.
