Probably stop trying to play any sort of power card because we already know all 3 systems aren't as powerful with two of them trying to one up the other in terms of tiny gains.
Be a little more open to indie devs and other studios in general, don't try buying them up because it makes it bad for the fans of the series who don't own the system, then again this goes for both Sony and MS (Maybe a lil Ninty).
Stop trying to gimmick the box up, the holo lens could work but ultimately it;s not going to forever change gaming, nether is Morpheus tbh.
Really try stopping with timed exclusives, I'm not sold on games your system has that in a few months to a year will go multiplat, I gain zero value from someonthing you claim is exclusive but isn't, same goes for any game on either system (looking at PS4/XB1 exclusives going to PC for example).
Create a few more first party studios, really go all the way in funding them and take your time, don't rush incomplete games straight out the door, bring back games like Age of Empries,Conker, Halo Wars etc, really bring back a few RTS games and the genre itself.
When you release a game keep supporting it, make sure it's complete and don't push it to doing just 30fps, make it 60fps if anything, don't try pushing 1080 if you're going to end up with locked 30, make sure the games are completely stable, don't let exclusives wander off the console itself, you already let that happen twice with Dead Rising, you need actual exclusives to sell your platform, letting them wander means the money will too.
Mankind, in its arrogance and self-delusion, must believe they are the mirrors to God in both their image and their power. If something shatters that mirror, then it must be totally destroyed.
