How does everyone feel about this? Personally, I think it's bollocks. Seriously, I would hate it if this became a mainstream way to sell hardware. If the Playstation 4 came without a power cord, would that be acceptable? What about the Playstation Vita? The Xbox One? Cell phones? Any device, really. I feel like this is an easy way for Nintendo to make extra money, and the customer isn't getting anything extra in return. The Playstation Vita is the same cost as the new 3DS. Do you know what the Playstation Vita comes with? A charger. This feels like required DLC for your hardware, and that ticks me off.

It's been discussed endlessly already, but I'll say again that it's crap. Their excuse is that a lot of people already have chargers lying around. The thing though is that each of those chargers belongs to one device, and if we sell them the charger should go with them. It's not like HDMI cables, where they're all over the place. Unless you buy an extra 3DS cable you don't have any extra lying around, simple as that. If I sold my 3DS to upgrade, I would have to buy a new one.

This was talked about weeks ago. We all agreed to boycott Nintendo to fight the good fight. You should do the same.

The charger and new 3ds would be maybe 3 feet apart from each other on the shelve. Yo can pick two boxes up.

This has worked in JAP, EUR and now AUS. No one has died from having to carry two boxes. Those who don't need the charger saved themselves some money.

Old news, but yeah, no AC adapter is pretty stupid.
