Halo 5 will outsell Uncharted 5. FPS is still a dominant genre sales wise. Not sure if this changes for lifetime, bit for the first 3 months, it is doable.

halo 4 wasn't recieved all that well.  mcc is a cluster fuck.

ps4 might have double the userbase by the time the holidays roll around.

naughty dog is the biggest brand name on playstation right now.

 

i'll be surprised if halo can win many metrics in this battle other than first week sales.

The only thing Sony needs to do to easily outsell Halo in every scenario is bundling UC4 for an extended period of time.

With it being so easy to beat I wouldn't say Halo's win is a sure thing.

I'm no fan of Halo 4. And I think 343 is the wrong studio for the job.

But Halo is huge, and shouldn't be underestimated. I still think it will outsell Uncharted, despite the industry's love for Naughty Dog and the higher install base on PS4.

It just shows you how big uncharted and naughty dog have become that people now bring up games like halo outselling it. How the mighty has risen

Bundles could definitely upset my prediction, but I'd still wager on Halo emerging the "victor." Microsoft also has the option of bundling Halo with new Xbox One units.

I wouldn't call either one winning a "sure thing." I just think Halo 5 will sell slightly more.

Halo outselling Uncharted for the first 3 months is quite reasonable. I wouldn't bet because it could easily go either way, it'd just be a guess from the moment of time.
