Here is why VGChartz in my own opinion is better than most other forums:

1. VGChartz is a relativly small community which means that there is alot of discussion going on and threads are discussed in detail and not pushed aside quickly since there are a billion other threads being made at the same time.

2. One does not simply troll and get away with it. This can be contributed to two things. Firstly since this is a relativly small community a person who is trolling can easily be caught and secondly since we have a couple of the most dedecated mods on any forum.

3. VGChartz as a website is actually preety easy to run on both mobiles and personal computers. While I know that this is a very controversial point, from my opinion I can say that VGChartz is actually a pretty easy website to run especially when compared to IGN.

These are my opinions on why VGChartz is better than most other forums, fell free to add any of yours .

Something about it just feels special. Most other forums look identical, while VGC looks different.
Also, the mods are great and active members of the community and frequently engage in the discussions, I don't see that in other forums.

For me it's actually the smallest, but hopefully we can both agree that the community is really tight knit .

I like the support this community gives when a person feels like they aren't being treated fairly and etc kind of like my whole name thing. And I do like the mods in this site cause while they don't back down on their decisions very often, they at least try to make an effort in order to lessen to blow where ever possible.

So I do like this site and its community very much and I am glad that this is my first official forum site.

Although, #3 is veryyy arguable (specially for those that have data caps on phones)

The community is the heart of any forum. Memorable and quality members are why I come back here, I can get video game news elsewhere.

VGchartz mobile site is what makes this forum the very best! to be able to seamlessly login and click on ads that cover every aspect of the site from mobile devices really sets it ahead of the rest!

But yeah in terms of number 1 point there, I definately wouldn't consider the community on the vgchartz forums to be small, perhaps it's smaller than places like n4g or the youtube comments section, but that is because the 90% of those places that is just trolling rubbish has long since been banned from here.

Well I actually know 60% of posting active users, which really makes it look very small to me.

I visited n4g on mobile and it gave me herpes..
