There's nothing to indicate that there will be a drought. Kirby's in February, Mario Party 10 + Mario vs DK in March, something else in April (maybe Yoshi, but there's also Mighty No. 9), Splatoon in May, Project Giant Robot in June (maybe), possibly Devi's Third in July, Xenoblade Chronicles X in September, Star Fox in October, Zelda in November and an unannounced game, or Project Guard, in December. Plus there are indies that will be spread throughout, like Affordable Space Adventures, and Project Cars will be out sometime this year.

Edit: I forgot Mario Maker. That'll probably be out sometime in the 2nd half.

Looks like it'll take an eternity to come out.

I wouldn't say that it's that extreme. We heard about this game last year and Nintendo seems to enjoy making game announcements and then not releasing info until the game is closer to releasing. 

Actually we heard about this game on Jan 2013, this was two years ago and we still don't know the year it'll come out.



Bet with Teeqoz for 2 weeks of avatar and sig control that Super Mario Odyssey would ship more than 7m on its first 2 months. The game shipped 9.07m, so I won

Of course. It's pretty much guaranteed we'll have a release each month, one way or another. Much better than last year, which had two substantial droughts.
