Forums - Nintendo Discussion - Nintendo Quarter results are here! 7.08M 3DS and 3.03M Wii U shipped! Wii U 9.2M total shipped! 5.7 amiibos shipped!$250 million net income! 3DS projections lowered!

$504 million net income? Is that good or bad or what?

I bet the Wii U would sell more than 15M LTD by the end of 2015. He bet it would sell less. I lost.

New 3DS shipped 60K in AU

Approximation for the quarter:

WiiU ~ 1.9M
3DS ~ 5M
Wii ~ .21M

Someone feel free to correct me

Hot take here: It seems like if the Wii U shipped 9.2M by the end of December, and VGC has it at 8.9M sold by Jan 3, it seeeeems like it's fairly accurately tracked here. Maybe?

yup, and 3ds sold 7.1m between april 1-december 31.

for wii u target was 3.6m (before march 31), which means it's on target to meet or exceed.

It won't make it.

My bet with The_Liquid_Laser: I think the Switch won't surpass the PS2 as the best selling system of all time. If it does, I'll play a game of a list that The_Liquid_Laser will provide, I will have to play it for 50 hours or complete it, whatever comes first.
