Bold Prediction: Xenoblade Chronicles 3D to Outsell Xenoblade Chronicles (Wii) Lifetime! (Despite The Extremely Low Userbase)

Of course that is if Vgchartz numbers are correct and which is that the game sold 890k. Not saying its definitely going to happen, but i definitely can see it if the japanese pick up on the game of course...

Here's Hoping for 1mil!!! Would be crazy good for a port/ 3D Remake!

For a remake to outsell the original is rare. Would be amazing for a game as good as Xenoblade to be able to achieve this.

Anyway, Xenoblade did not sell well, so it wouldn't surprise me if the n3ds version easily outsells it. It has much more hype, there probably won't be any stock problems, and it's THE game to buy for n3ds. People who bought an n3ds are very likely to want to buy a game to further justify their purchase.

The number of JRPG fans with N3DS already eclipses that of JRPG fans with a Wii.

most of the wii userbase were more grandmas and such for the wii sports and buying it as new gadget after was heavily promoted in the media to such a degree that its software was not selling to the point you would expect due to its userbase.

I think N3DS as its mainly gamers who buy it will be different but we will see how the sales on N3DS go first as we have to remember that this title will be exclusive to New 3DS and won't run on the standard 3DS
