It's only 2 months, but it doesn't need that much hype. It is a very popular FPS. I mean, if you just consider that BL2 managed to sell 50K Vita handhelds when it opened, and just in the US without much advertisement, two games on a much more popular console will easily sell without much hype.

And Bloodborne is much tougher to advertise, and has absolutely no hype outside the hardcore forum fanbase. It will struggle to sell even half of what Dark Souls sold.

Such a bad prediction...also people calling bloodborne niche...rpg's that sell 2-3 million are hardly niche, only games like skyrim , final fantasy sell more. The prequel wont break a million on current gen, bloodborne will easily sell 2-3 mill.

Also, time and time again, install base does not mean near as much as people want to believe.

hardcore fanbase is in the millions for this game, also please prove how you know this? Bloodborne will be a big AAA ps4 exclusive and will get pushed as such, Dark Souls never goty much in the way of marketing, sorry your prediction is laughable at best.

Just no my friend. Bloodborne will sell near 300K in Japan alone.

BB will do 200-300 k in Japan alone, will have much more marketing and hype due to it being a gorgeous ps4 exclusive which peeps are hungry for, it already has a built in fanbase from the souls series as well, massive thread fail.

I got Bloodborne. The hype for that game is huge here in the U.S. Not even going to bring Japan in this. I'm sure it will do tremendous over there.
