Does BL1 have anything over BL2?

From the sounds of it this is gonna be a full price release. Including BL1 wouldn't have changed the games price tag or sales, but would probably have been an unessary burden on the budget?

In my opinion it's not worth even playing BL2 if you haven't played BL1. So much references and story bits and characters.

If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.

Yea why not include BL1, I was looking for this in the OP and was surprised they didn't, actually kind of wierd. Are they going to package it with BL3? LOL
