This title now belongs to Mukesh Ambani of india, net worth 63.2 billion.

Bill Gates fell to third with 62 billiion, and a mexican Business man Slim taking second with little more than Gates.

I think that report is outdated. I was just reading up on the World's richest men yesterday when Forbes released their list.
