Well for those who live in the states... It's a bad time for this game to come out... Especially with all the Cop killings and police brutality going across the US nowadays...

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.
AO? Really? While I haven't gone through the game (obviously), it really doesn't look like it deserves that rating. This just seems to be the ESRB acting rash because of the controversy.
Why are people acting like it's the first time a game got an AO rating for violence. AO isn't the porn rating. Just because more porn games are made than games with Hatred levels of violence, doesn't mean that suddenly the requirements to be rated AO has somehow changed. It was obvious from it's inception that it would get an AO rating and not be allowed anywhere near consoles.
I feel like this controversy just fueled the games popularity. If the controversy never happened, Hatred would have been lost and forgot in the indie section as a try-hard, mediocre/okay experience.
Just watched the trailer and it looks quite shallow, not worth all this fuss.
Why isn't GTA rated AO, you can do much worse things to innocent civilans in that game?
Getting an XBOX One for me is like being in a bad relationship but staying together because we have kids. XBone we have 20000+ achievement points, 2+ years of XBL Gold and 20000+ MS points. I think its best we stay together if only for the MS points.
Nintendo Treehouse is what happens when a publisher is confident and proud of its games and doesn't need to show CGI lies for five minutes.

Well people under 18 will lie about their age anyway so I don't think it will affect much.
This game could be revolutionary on several levels:
1. AO rating could become used on open market consoles and handhelds. Not likely, but more likely now with this game.
2. ...Or the complete opposite could happen and games everywhere could get tighter restrictions; at the very least a rating restructuring.
3. Violent spontaneous shootings in public places could actually be reduced based on this game feeding certain urges to possible offenders.
4....Or once again the complete opposite happening and instead encouraging said acts. However, during the period of popular violent video game releases, violent crimes are typically reduced.
