Lol nah people still make fun of them all the time, I hear gay used as an insult every day at college here. Its not that people are more open minded or accepting its that people know that there are consequences for such a thing these days so people keep it more quiet is all.

I havn't heard gay used as an insult for ages, I have heard young teenagers use it tho (even those that are gay themselves) don't mistakenly think this is because they're homophobic.

Again being that you're gay people will avoid using it as an insult around you because they'll think that they could get into trouble for it. However it is still used constantly around colleges as an insult, you hear it in bars and many other places all the time.
It'll never go away. It could be said less these days in public but the opinions haven't changed much at all.
Its OK if I'm banned I understand that this could upset you but the other one wasn't my main account and you can't get perma banned on here. For some reason you don't even need to confirm an email to sign back up either.
