Should they reduce the price of the Wii U?

Yes, it's overdue. 220 61.45%

No, it's fine. 97 27.09%

Not sure. 41 11.45%

Total:358

If we're talking about sale price based on power the Wii U should be around $250. It wasnt much more powerful than last gen consoles, but it did have more ram. At this rate Nintendo should be sub $300 to attract more people to their console even as a secondary.

You guys are actually just arguing over the verb tense of the title. He's basically saying that your title should say "Will Microsoft's recent moves force Nintendo's hand?" instead of "Did Microsft just force Nintendo's hand?" Technically, he's right, since the past tense would only be be correct if Nintendo had done something, but it's really not worth arguing over. I think people understand what you mean.

Okay I understand what you mean now, English is not my first language. I've studied it a lot and I've been living in America for a while now but I still make mistakes I guess lol

English is one of the hardest languages in the world to learn, even for native speakers. I'm impressed you can write in English as well as you can. I certainly can't write that well in another language.

Probably!

The Wii U's price is going to stay the same until at least around E3. I don't expect any type of price cut or new bundle to be announced before that. By the time the holidays roll around again, the Wii U will be at its new permanent price of $250.

You know I was always wondering why no one ever used the dollar sign for $ony, but then I realized they have no money so it would be pointless.

I'm sure Nintendo execs are currently panicking because of that announcements. What will they do? How can they compete with that one and most important console? They must be devastated and scrambling to make some great deals for Wii U right now.

If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.

I don't think Nintendo gives a fuck what Sony and Microsoft are doing.

Ehh, there are a lot of promotions where you can get a Wii U for 199.99

The Wii U should be $200 by now, or $150 without a tablet. It's silly that it isn't.

Prediction for console Lifetime sales:

Wii:100-120 million, PS3:80-110 million, 360:70-100 million

[Prediction Made 11/5/2009]

3DS: 65m, PSV: 22m, Wii U: 18-22m, PS4: 80-120m, X1: 35-55m

I gauruntee the PS5 comes out after only 5-6 years after the launch of the PS4.

Interesting. Pray tell then.....why are they paying for third and second party exclusives.

Well... that didnt take long. I imagine sales were dreadful since they raised the price back.

I'm not sure Nintendo will respond. They are focused on making profits atm and Microsoft is losing quite a bit of money with the price cut. I dont think Nintendo cares, otherwise they would have cut the price in time for the holidays. I think they have resigned to pleasing their fans for the forseable future.
