While $50 cheaper, with 2 games, during a Holiday period. I don't think anyone would be surprised if PS4 wins the coming NPDs, even with XB1 dropping to $350 again (sales probably dropped like a rock at $400 beyond even Microsoft's expectation).

Also, it seems like you are completely ignoring the fact that PS4 has big exclusive games releasing in 2015 with already The Order and Bloodborne in the coming months. Also, you seem to be completely ignoring the fact that Sony could also drop the price to $350 in the future. Also, the gap is still ~600k, the same amount Microsoft wiped away in Nov en Dec.

Also, you didn't answer the question. I shall demand a Knack avatar for a month if PS4 is still leading by January 1st in the US.

Edit: if GAF is to believed, XB1 won December (the month of Christmas) by 100k while $50 cheaper.
