I love talking about gaming!  So here's today's topic:  Games that tried too hard to be innovative and suffered as a result.  Maybe the tech wasn't there.  Maybe the idea was too convoluted.  In any case, a good game suffered because of a gimmick, peripheral, or some other failed attempt to stand out.

I'd say Zelda Skyward Sword because a lot of people disliked it for it's motion controls.
Also the time could have probably been used for something else.

Crysis cause the graphics were soo good that almost nothing could run it at max
