Because, in this gen, we're being spoonfed trailers and vertical slices and told to "get hype" and "believe the hype" before a frame of gameplay is even shown. Games are now hyped to the fucking moon before we even know what they're about.  Hype Uncharted, Zelda and Halo.  Not unknown new IP that claims to do all this awesome shit and will take your life away(looking at you Destiny/Watch Dogs).

Should definitely be a Q1/Q2 2016 title, as I see it Q4 is far too packed and Q3 this year is obviously too soon.

I don't get hyped over trailers either, but rather pedigree. This is the first time Platinum Games is going to have a game with a Microsoft sized AAA budget while creating a new IP.

Definitely. I truly hope for the sake of quality that they keep the game until at least Q1 2016. Lobb said there are a lot of games coming, so I don't want it to not only get caught in the crosshaires, but also rushed.

Agreed. Microsoft is already planning to pack Q4 with exclusives. The way Microsoft is going right now, Tomb Raider, Quantum Break and Halo 4 will cap off Q4.

It's Platinum Games, so I'm not the least bit worried about the gameplay. Hope it's good though!
