It suffered a drop of over 70% compared to 2013 this year so the drop should be even bigger this year thus rendering it from ever reaching 1 million physical units ...

Market saturation can also mean the slowing rate of adoption of a product and it's especially true for the WII U in Japan since 2014 showed an overall DECREASE in hardware sales compared to 2013. Thus it is implied that the WII U has reached already 80% of it's customers in Japan ...
