The PS4's position hasn't moved much. But the Xbox One has plummeted from 5th to 15th. As expected, really. A ton of people probably moved their purchases forward to take advantage of the deals, no reason to get it now.

No, the buying option for Amazon just happens to be higher than a lot of the 3rd party offers. By that, I mean there are 70+ different sellers that are cheaper than that $399 price that Amazon has it priced at.

Look at more buying options. Amazon isn't been shown as the main price as it's the most expensive.
