MS should announce they're discontinuing the XB1 when they hit 50,000 units sold there.

Then buy Square and make FF exclusive

That would certainly move my xb1 purchase timetable up a bit

This is the first small step, and more stores will surely follow. With most 3rd parties not even bothering to release an XOne version in Japan, that console has nowhere to go. There will probably be no XBox presence in Japan at all in 2016.

That is one funny and scary joke. That would really force me to buy the Xbox One.

I went playstation the day I learned FF VII was exclusive.

This seemed like it was going to happen eventually in japan, but do any of you guys think this can happen in some european countrys or china in the near future? I can see some places in europe doing this to.

Not sure Square is such a good buy, however with MS backing, maybe they can turn it around.

However would be funny.

Well, it has never launched in half of European countries, and I guess it never will. Diubt that there will ever be Tier 3 countries.
