Well, I hope you're right then, Scalebound has to be my most hyped next-gen game besides Arkham Knight, KH3 and FFXV, I would really hate if Microsoft decides to rush it.
I'm now filled with determination.

The only 2015 exclusives I find appealing next year are PS4 exclusives.

Crackdown kinda is, it at the moment has a placeholder release date of 12/31/2015

Scalebound on the other hand has no 2015 confirmation whatsoever

Officially neither is announced for 2015 yet though.
Anyway if we count Scalebound as 2015 then we might as well count Street Fighter V, cause both are about equally confirmed for 2015.

The only thing that has really changed is Sony's needs to recoup so they are making less AAA titles and investing in more indie experiences which MS was once accustomed to before they forced the indie devs away with their policies. Its not that Sony doesn't want to give their gamers more, its that Microsoft cannot outdevelop them so they have to pay everyone around them until the third party allowances thin out because they need the maximize profits with multiplatform titles. This is why it seemed like Microsoft had a drought of games after their fourth year came up and Sony started gaining on them. Shane kim was the head of the Xbox division at the beginning of last gen and he had the same mentality as Phil Spencer, hence the wealth of third party exclusives that Microsoft had back then. |
Not talking about last gen. Talking about this gen. MS slowed down last gen because they were where they wanted to be at. Right now they are not. Xbox One monthly updates are solid EVERY single month. I don't see Sony doing much other than PSN, shareplay and soon to be Project Morpheus. Three things I don't care about.

I think Street Fighter V being only 20% done doesn't look good for a 2015 release though. Recent place holders peg it at March 2016.

Yeah, that's what I mean. I don't think Street Fighter will come in 2015 and I don't see a reason at the moment to believe that Scalebound will come in 2015 (and I'm doubtful about Crackdown as well).
If you ask me I say PS4, every year. Better multiplatform games, and more exclusive games with more variety.

If this list is any indication, PS4. No doubt.
