Starfox+ Animal Crossing+ Zelda+ Pokken(hopefully) would definitely be a strong Holiday for Japan.

Because Zelda is far more powerful in the West I agree that they would probably delay Animal crossing to Q1 of 2016. But has animal crossing had history of being a strong system seller on Home Consoles?I'm sure its better then most things Nintendo could bring in regards to Japan, but I don't think it will be a big deal.

Could happen. Japan will still get Zelda U around the same time though. Early 2016 at the latest, with Animal Crossing then releasing at the same time in the west.

Animal Crossing U is a given this year.

Animal Crossing would be a great game to balance the scales. It does great in Japan. They're definitely developing this game under wraps and I imagine it isn't that demanding to produce, so it's possible we could see it release overseas this year.
