OS: Win 7 64b
RAM: 32GB (room for 32GB more) DDR3 Corsair something something..
Motherboard: Asus P9X79PRO
CPU: i7 3820 @ 3,6GHz
GPU: PowerColor Radeon R9 280 Turbo Duo OC 3GB
Disk: 3x 480GB Seagate 600 SSD, hardware raid 0 (Games/apps)
1x Samsung 840 EVO SSD (OS + 'core' programs)
NAS: 6TB Raid 5 (4x2TB disks in a QNAP 439 II Pro)
I wish gpu makers were more honest about their laptop parts. They have been shady with naming for as long as I can remember.
The 980M is about identical in performance to 770 desktop performance. Yes it's hard to fit a good GPU into a laptop, and the 980 is the best yet, but it's far FAR from 980 desktop speed.
RAM: 32GB
GPU: GeForce GTX Titan
CPU: Intel Core i7-3770 @3.40GHz
PC:
i5-4670K
GTX970 4GB VRAM
16 GB RAM
250GB SSD + 3 TB HDD
Windows 7 (64 bit)
Display 1: 24'' 1920x1200 IPS 60 Hz for desktop programs + "slow" games (point&click adventures, strategy games)
Display 2: 24'' 1920x1080 TN 120Hz for "fast" games (shooters, racing games...) + 3D gaming (Nvidia 3D Vision)

I just had to cancel that order, as they sent me an email telling me it would be another 2 weeks. So, I ordered it from another vendor and it will be here on the 23rd! I had to spend another $200, but I got an upgraded CPU, so it was worth it for me...
It is near the end of the end....

Intel graphics or gtfo.
If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.
Can't remember them off the top of my head but while I'm here I think I'll post a question. Does anyone have a GeForce graphics card and can no longer use CUDA?
PC GAMING: BEST GAMES. WORST CONTROLS
A mouse & keyboard are made for sending email and typing internet badassery. Not for playing video games!!!
