I feel like controller will make Smite feel pretty slow and clunky and I am very happy with KB/M controls on PC. But I am a bit jelly that it's only been announced for Xb one because assuming it's F2P with the starter gods I would definitely want to at least give it a try on PS4. So I hope they bring it to PS4 eventually. My son and his friend are looking to join a competetive team now that we have Oceania servers. I'm conflicted because it would be cool having an e-ports semi-pro in the family, but I also want him to focus on his university studies.

MOBAs are huge. There's more people playing League and Dota 2 daily than those who own current generation consoles.

MOBA players are notorious for getting extremely angry at new players and the community is brutal towards them. Its hard for new players to get into these games because of this.

Totally true. I've been on the reciving side of this. I've abandoned a lot of those games. And I only had played maybe a few days. You do one item management wrong. It's like you broke their PC.

Hooray I guess? I've honestly never understood the appeal of MOBA games... Played LoL for a year ( I was forced by my asshole friends) and then I said fuck that.. :/
