Was the same with 360, only this time the xbox side doesnt get a headstart, so stays second place the entire gen.

You do know that success in foreign markets means more variety for you right? E.g. success in Japan secures 3rd party games from Japanese developers.

On a serious note I know a lot of great Americans that do acknowledge the rest of the world and especially the rapid growth in some of those territories.

You can be a fan of the video game industry as a whole you know, enjoying products from everyone and not seeing lesser sales as being proof of mediocre products...

Except they are proof of it, og xbox and GC had a few good games but it paled in comparison the the PS2s line up.  Last gen every one had something good for some one and their sales show it. 

Sales are based on popularity not on quality. Anyway you thought Wii was better than Ps3?

the $80 price cut in China will enable it to outsell the 360 in China alone. You heard itr here first people. Globally in China.

Who cares the same thing more or less applied to the 360 also it was only really big in the UK and US.

The X1 doesn't need the rest of the world. It only needs to dominate the US (okay and the UK) and the balance in the console gaming world will be restored.

It will easily sell more then 50M Halo 5 and a slim version will give it a huge boost.

I know. Didnt people know that if English isnt your nations most spoken language then the sales mean squat. I mean, who plays games in french/spanish/german or heavan forbid Japanese? I aint even going to bother mentioning all those ther made up languages that nobody speaks.
