They have every right to sell something they've purchased or acquired legally. Fergal Gara (weird name) should get over it.

Of course they have the right to do that but that doesn't mean he can't have an opinion about it...

It bugs me when talking heads of coporations tell their consumers what to do with the product they've purchased. Unless it's a recall for my, and others', safety; otherwise, it's best to keep quiet.

Neh, I m pretty sure most people would sell it fpr $1000 if they could

PC Specs: CPU: 7800X3D || GPU: Strix 4090 || RAM: 32GB DDR5 6000 || Main SSD: WD 2TB SN850

They should have announced 100k to go on sale WW. And if they all sold out really fast announced another 100k on the way. Really makes no sense doing such a limited deal. I'd have bought one if they did that but I'm not flying to fucking last vegas or refreshing a page a million times for a few hours.

I do however have every Playstation ever made an thousands worth of games. 31 platinum's and counting and I've bought PS plus every year. It's stupid announcing something in such small numbers when it's currently selling about 1M a week atm.

Ofcourse people will resell them! I am a huge fan of Xbox but if I could sell some limited edition of it for thousands of dollars, I would! I am a gamer because of games, not a plastic casing on a console.

It's a limited edition console. It's to expect, sadly.

                                                                                                               You're Gonna Carry That Weight.

Xbox One - PS4 - Wii U - PC

What did they think was going to happen?

Platinums: Red Dead Redemption, Killzone 2, LittleBigPlanet, Terminator Salvation, Uncharted 1, inFamous Second Son, Rocket League

he's not wrong in anything he said. could'nt really prevent this from happening.

Well then dont limit it....

Sell them from your website and force the consumer to get an engraving that says stuff like

Given name, Surname
XX.XX.19XX (date of birth)
XX.XX.2014 (date of purchase)
NOT FOR RESALE

So its basically useless as a resale product.

or are they not thrilled because not they but some random dudes came up with the idea to sell those consoles for 10k each?
