Am i the only one who prefers this lineup to WiiUs 2015 lineup?

Probably, since this lineup sucks.

It depends what type of games you prefer as to whether the Wii U 2015 lineup is better than this. For me, Captain Toad is my most anticipated game of 2015 (I live in Europe so it's a 2015 release to me). But damn, I did not expect such a solid vita lineup to come out of PlayStation Experience. Very very happy right now.

As well as have the best software lineup of 2014, Vita will now also have a solid 2015.

This is great for the people who only own a vita.

People cream themselves over Xenoblade Chronicles finally being portable. Then moan when equally great games finally become portable because they are ports. This forum is hilarious for the double standards.

The difference is that while the 3DS has a few ports, they are not the only thing coming to the 3DS.  The 3DS also has a strong library of original and exclusive games.  If Xenoblade Chronicles were the only thing coming to the 3DS, then people would probably complain.  Xenoblade Chronicles is the cherry on top of a delicious sundae after a scrumptious dinner.  The Vita's ports are the whole meal.

By my unofficial count, the 3DS has 30 original and exclusive titles with an aggregate score of 80% or more.  The Vita has 8. So, the hilarious thing is not the double standards, but your inept argument.

What do exclusives have to do with people getting excited over a port on the one hand, while saying they don't want ports on the other?

Changing goal posts as per the usual on this place when confronted with a like for like comparison.

The simple reason the 3DS has to rely on exclusives is because it's not capable of running software appearing on other formats. Most of those exclusives you refer to, have superior iterations of the franchise on other formats.

I'm honestly a little surprised that people seem satisfied with this line-up. As a Vita owner myself, I've been sorely disappointed by the lack of exclusives and localizations of Japanese Vita games. I'd like to think I didn't pay so much for the console and memory cards just to play games I can get in a variety of other places. Ports are all well and good, but they need to be supplemented by a steady stream of exclusives, or it starts to feel like the Vita is just an afterthought, and as a consumer, I'm not terribly content with that feeling.

Bastion, Grim Fandango, Banner Saga, Broken Age and Day of the Tentacle all look great to me even if no Gravity Rush 2 was bit of a downer.

If you take vita 3rd party support + Wii U 1st party support you get a perfect console.

Vita will have a good year!

I always wanted to buy a PS Vita and never really thought there was any time left in my live for more gaming... I loved my PSP dam, played that thing till there were blusters on my thumbs! How knows maybe some day I'll wake up and find that I can't take it any more and just go and get one...
