I thought it would look better graphically to be honest. But that was me just over hyping it I guess

| Materia-Blade said: it's not an opinion, the downgrade was visible. and their "confirming" has no credibility, since they always say that and it's always pre rendered. the face shown at the start of the video was more detailed than the in game one, that's why they do all they can to avoid close ups on his face during actual gameplay. |
Well apparently it is an opinion, because i disagree :)
It seems you aren't aware of the existence of LOD asset changes (or morphing, if the hardware is strong enough). That's fine, we've only been using them for the last 4 generations. Here's a picture that explains it simply:

The closer you are to an object, the higher the quality.
I'm still waiting for you to explain how ND managed to transition perfectly from pre-rendered to real-time footage. That would be really damn impressive. Developers would kill for that kind of tech ^^
On a side note, can you show me a single example of ND claiming the pre-render cutscenes in UC1, 2, 3 or TLOU are running in real time?

Law students disagree with you.
Looks very nice! I never played an Uncharted before but now i'm definitely interested in playing the series.
Playing: F1 2016 (PC), Uncharted: The Lost Legacy (PS4)
Watching: Hajime no Ippo, Attack on Titan (4th time)
Upcoming purchases in October:
-TBD
I mean I love the look, it looks like the best looking games on "current gen," but there's something about it. Maybe I'm tired of Uncharted? Maybe it all looks the same. Gameplay looks okay, graphics look amazing though.

I gotta ask something - what is with the 'gotta be huge' thing that seem omnipresent in games lately?
I mean this looks fantastic, Zelda looks fantastic, Xenoblade looks fantastic... but why do games seem so interested in being so big?
