Yeah I read an article that I think you actually posted that said that Sony were still were quite old school using chalk boards and fax machines. And considering PSN was hacked a few years ago, it wouldn't be a surprise to know that Sony didn't have the best protection from this sort of attack.

Apparently you didn't, they don't use Chalk boards all the time.  They used them because their systems were down, are you seriously that reading impaired?
