Main series needs a break. Give me whatever that Pikachu Detective thing was going to be, or bring Pokken to Wii U. A new Pokemon Snap for Wii U might be interesting too.

They should get some rest, it's only fair. I would love for there to be an HD pokemon for Wii U though. But that wont' happen. I see it in my head but it's only an idea that Gamefreak will never do.

Yeah, we'll have to be patient till Nintendo makes a HH that is powerful enough to make the Pokémon game I want. I hope the next HH is as powerful as the PS3, but knowing Nintendo it will be slightly weaker than the Wii or something lol. Ok, maybe not that weak...

I'm also getting tired of Pokémon's battle system and how easy it is. I want more exploration and puzzles. Make this as hard as Metroid and Zelda please! And change the battle system so it uses the bottom screen in a creative way. Just look at Youkai Watch, that looks like a fun battle system (haven't played it obviously, so maybe I will end up not liking it, who knows...). Also give us an option to speed up Pokémon battles like in Bravely Default.

I'm getting tired of pokemon too. I'm a huge fan of the series but as a fan I give true feedback. I'm getting bored of the same formula. The Battles can benefit from an open world or even a Dragon Quest 8 esqe game. I want to see pokemon in full fro what it can be. Handheld games will always sell well for Nintendo but Pokemon's limits are far from being reached. They need to make an HD pokemon that breaks the tried and true formula if they want to keep fans like me from getting bored.

For the love of God take a year off. Well, don't take a year off, get rolling with the development of Gen VII Pokémon, but I do not want to see another main series Pokémon game released until at least 2016. Do not release a Pokémon Z. Please do release Battle Frontier DLC for ORAS, but that is all.

I couldn't even be hyped for ORAS. It was just too soon.

The battle formula is fine IMO. It is what it is, to change that would be making the game not pokemon anymore. Theres plenty of depth and new pokemon add to the overall strategies every game.

That boredom feeling comes from having a pokemon game every year with essentially the same single player component. They need to spread their releases out a bit more so that we don't get so burnt out like we have based on what everyone in this thread is saying. Mixing up the single player component from the 8 gym standard to something different wouldnt hurt either.

Another handheld Kanto remake would make vomit.

I want them to pull off what I know they will. Pokemon Z. Or whatever they call it.

So how would you feel about Pokemon Red and Blue HD?

I would feel like it should have been a new region.

Make a decent engine.

This. They suck in this department, I bet it wouldn't happend until next-gen HH.

I can't believe how terrible D/P's engine was coming from the incredibly smooth Gen 3. Gen 5 was awesome because they mastered the DS, I really want to see them master the 3DS as well, They haven't made ANY engine improvements from XY in ORAS, Platinum was great compared to DP, but I'm not even buying the Hoenn remakes I've waited so long for because they run and look crappy.

A full fledge Pokemon game for Wii U to save the console, lol.

" Rebellion Against Tyrants Is Obedience To God"

new IP.
Or multi-region pokemon on wii U.

How about they take a break and smell the roses. Give you EV trainers some much needed rest too.
