A 1 million BF week means a 3 million December is very possible. That would put Xb one at about 12 million. A number I was certainly not anticipating back in early September. But back then I did put a caveat on my 9-10M prediction that is did not take account of price cuts. I actually wasn't expecting a $50 price cut from MS, until they actually made the price cut. and it seems that price cut might be good for an additional 2 million Xb one sales over and above what would have been a reasonable expectation at a $399 price tag.

One might say my PS bias is leading me to over-estimate Xb one so that if it falls short I can say it had a disappointing December, but I assure you that's not my motive. No way did I imagine Xb one was capable of a 1 million BF week (didn't think PS4 could do it either). And if the preliminary data is pointing to that then it is best not to underestimate Xb one's potential in December.

In any case, it is guaranteed to significantly exceed my upper estimate of 10 million, which I made back in September.

Edit: Though if we are actually only counting 4 weeks of sales (since the 5th week is half dec and half Jan) then 12M is not likely. Probably more lik 11.5. But still rounding up means my 12M vote is still the right (and probably winning) vote.

My minimun guess would be just over 10 million; almost 10.5.  It should sell another 1 million but it wont reach November highs in the US but may get the Christmas boost in Europe.   By the way, actual sales could be a different story.  We are basing our guesses on VGChartz numbers right?
