This year has been full of open-world games, some of which were disappointing and some were awesome. But which one of them is your favourite? Please state the reason why you found that game to be better than the others.

I found GTA V on PS4 to be the best open-world game till date (its also my favourite game of all time) because of its amazing rendition of Los Santos and the countryside, the beautiful and detailed world and people in it and the fun and thrilling missions.

Far Cry 4. My GOTY. So much to do, I'm 20 hours into it, and still not even half done. Variety of missions, sidequests, interesting characters, combat is great....

Sleeping dogs: Definitive Edition. It has all the great DLC included, and the superior hand-to-hand combat regarding other games, versatility in missions and John Woo-esque plot put it above, for me.

Easy pick with FC4. Next year is gonna be much more difficult.

And it's the closest thing to Yakuza we'll ever see again.

Yeah, though sequences weren't as memorables (and overly-dramatic at times) as in Yakuza. I can only speak for Y4, though.

GTA V and Dragon Age !!!

Shadow of Mordor. It has an intresting concept, but Tolkien would have flamed the story of the game so hard.

Not open world technically but Dragon Age has some huge maps to explore with a lot of cool secrets
