Common , Why do you all want so high specs ? The new PSP should be ~ 2x as strong as an Xbox , and thats the max . Why ? Because it should be cheap from the first ( 200 $ ) so it would be bought up by more .

Other than that : 2 analog nubs , a better online service , games , games and games , because we know that games make a console what it is ;)

When it comes to power, keep it how it is.

This is what I ecpect the next PSP to be. I think it should launch with multiple SKUs ranging from $199 to $399 USD. The 399 Model should feature all I stated above, with a 299 model dropping the Phone, GPS, and Camera, while the 199 version should drop all the same fetures and come with only 32GB of internal memory. I would like to see it launch in all regions the same day, with silver, black, and white being the first color options. As it became economically feisible I would like to see Sony add more memory to each sku, such as 160, 120, and 80GB models at the three year anniversary. I would hope to see them get the prices of the SKUs down to 99, 149, and 199 at some point in the life of the system, however this depends on the economy. If the economy continues to go to crap, and the dollar stablizes at a poor conversion rate I expect them to stay at 149, 199, and 249. This may sound crazy now but I am sure in 4 years this kind of tech will be very possible from a hardware colaberation, with the likes Sony, Samsung, nVidia, IBM, Toshiba, and others.

1.) OLED screen's with 1,000,000/1 contrast ratio's, minimal power consumption, wicked high clairty and brightness :) (Sony has technology on this atm ^^ )

2.) At least 1g of internal RAM, I want to play custom sound-tracks while in-game, listen to music while I browse the internet and save pictures to my...

3.) Internal 8g Flash Memory, with optional card slots.

4.) Continued Cell Technology, (it's pretty awesome stuff and I hope it takes off ^^ )

5.) A transparent clam-shell for watching movies, stuffing into my pocket, scratch resistance etc etc.  

6.) Built in Blue-tooth support, if I could sync my Headset to my PSP and use Skype... mmmmm delicious :D

7.) Game format is a tricky subject, from one point of view I want the space the UMD's offer, but I also want the load times that flash-drives have, so I need space and speed for games :P Go figure on the solution for that one ^^;

8.) Wi-fi Home / PSN / Good internet browser. I'd love to access the PSN and download games for my PSP on the fly :P Same with movies, audio, etc etc. 

9.) Touch-screen for menu's, optional for games... Not a fan of touch-type games, (brain training is an exclusion :D ), but I think the menu's and such on the iPhone are pretty bitchen :D, I wouldn't mind a touchable XMB ^^ of course the option for button conrol is still there :)

10.) Two analog something, I wouldn't mind the nubs if they work on them a little bit, sticks would make it very much so not compact xD 

Some peoples idea's of the new PSP are just insane! An internal Blu-ray drive?!?! For a handheld?!?! You have to be taking the piss?

The point of handhelds is that they can be held in your hand (see what i done there ;) lol) and having a large optical drive just would not work!

 Thats what Im trying to explain . People will be dissapointed if they keep their expectations at this level . IMO overall it will be 2-3 times as powerfull as now , it will still use UMDs , just that this will have a higher ~ 3-4 gig capacity , and probably built-in 8 GB flash memory .
