Looks like people are more and more getting numb for the whole Nintendoooooomed Train. Seeing nice deals and bundles and games out or close to release they don't want to miss out on and go: OK, Nintenmaybedooooomed but I need my fix. You can easily buy a Wii U now with 4 or 5 games that are absolutely worth playing and owning if you're a true gaming enthusiast who isn't affected by the "baby/child" argument and sees these for what they are, gaming gems you need to play regardless of visual design style.

Ive been thinking the same thing. Didnt Bayonetta 2 sell out everywhere as well?

Looks like first batch was very small and it sold out, in my country we got the copies from the second batch around 2 weeks later than usual.

Nintendo and thier small shipments are hurting them.

This is noice
really noice

This is why Wii U will never sell well. The momentum is gone and nigh impossible to build up at this point. Retailers dont trust Nintendo to sell anymore, so even when Nintendo has the means to sell their system, sales get restrained because retailers won't order Wii Us. Nintendo can only sell to consumers what they sell to retailers. Even after consumers start to want the system, it takes a while for retailers to catch up, and by the time they do, the hype dies down.

My local stores seem to be pretty well prepared. I went to Target the other day and all of the Wii U stock was topped off.

I imagine online retail's been hit hardest.

WTF are people bidding (now up to)  $940 on a defective Amiibo?  :-O

My 8th gen collection

Welp, hopefully it sells a lot of hardware too and not just accessories

My best buy had 65 if I remember correctly.

How many Wii U's does it have now?

I didn't ask about their stock levels, but the Wii U case was full, and they still had stock of all their Amiibos.

After the holidays, I think there's going to be a lot of redistribution of stock.
