I wouldn't mind Diddie, Dixie and Cranky, but Pinkgold Peach, baby Peach, Cat Peach is seriously stretching it... 

Seems like Nintendo hates everything Rare/Retro studios made. There's barely any references of Metroid Prime trilogy in Super Smash Bros. and no reference to Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze. There's a stage based of DK: R, but they used a completely different (and uglier) artstyle for that. And let's not forget: no King K Rool in Smash. But we do get Dr. Mario, Dark Pit, etc.

F-Zero x Metroid x StarFox. Won't happen ever, but it would be epic.

Pretty good and doable idea, I will buy that game... the only thing is that they are using too much the Zelda franchise recently.

My suggestion is Star Fox Strategy Game (aka Lylat Wars), instead of just controlling 1 arwing against the universe, you control the full armada and battle against the forces of Andross, and the Star Fox team are your generals with special abilities.

Most of them suck though!

Pokken Fighters counts as a spin-off, but I don't think we'll be seeing that in 2015.

I always wanted a Sheik spinoff where we explore Sheik's character development in the time passed b/w young link and older link

I think the spin-off we really really want though is SMT x Fire Emblem....

Developed by Zen Studios, with tables for all Nintendo franchises, released as DLC packs of 3 or 4 tables (similar to Zen Pinball 2 and Star Wars Pinball).
