Uncharted 4 is currently running at a stable 30FPS, ND hasn't said they aren't shooting for 60FPS locked, there's still a tonne of time to optimize and for anyone that thinks they mean scaling graphics back, it doesn't it means refining game code, which actually frees up resources.
Right now U4 looks very fluid, tbh I thought it was running at 60FPS, looks like the frame pacing is very good already and there didn't appear to be any slow down.
This event has been amazing so far and it's still going on, there are loads of reasons why this is a 2 day long event.
We've already had Jaffe's amazing looking new game Drawn To Death, new Fat Princess, Uncharted 4 looks much upgraded from the E3 reveal and it's gameplay looks better than ever, The Order is getting great impressions from people that have had hands on time with the game, they're saying it's great from a gameplay POV, Bloodborne is receiving huge praise from all kinds of gamers.
San Diego announced a new game, which is called Kill Strain, no gameplay yet, but there will be hands on plays and the devs will be tweaking that in line with feedback they get.
Loads of PS4 console exclusives, Ultra Street Fighter 4 is a next gen exclusive on PS4, SF5 is being developed in collaboration between Sony and Capcom, so it looks like Sony actually saved the game.
Yakuza is getting localization, as is Persona 5
Free games for all PS owners.
I know there's stuff I've missed, because there was so much being talked about. I am anything but disappointed with this event and it's still going on.
