Lol no, just no. The art design is great, but on a technical level it looks like an average PS3 game.
Game of the year 2017 so far:
5. Resident Evil VII
Pretty much Infamous. Still not sure how they were able to do it on such a weak console.
FC4 looks great on PC. Haven't seen it on a console but I assume it won't live up to the PC.

Ryse has the best and most detailed character models, but that is a narrow way to look at things. As for the best graphically as a package, it is Infamous Second Son.
I'm gonna go with inFamous for this. The game was open world, looked just plain beautiful, and ran phenomenally.

To be fair, the thread is about graphics and not art direction.
720p without AA doesn't even play in the same league as the mentioned games.
