If there is a game to receive these scores is GTA V.

The only cons I can find in this game is the 30fps on consoles... if they at least reached 60fps.

I have to admit though the first person mode might have sold me on this game after passing on it last year.

The first person mode is enough to get it another review. Plus they should review because what if it has massive bugs or something like that it might be a next gen game but programming errors are very possible.

They never rereview GOTYEs last gen. There would have been a huge difference between Fallout 3/New Vegas and the GOTYE but I don't recall being bombarded with re-reviews. Hell Bioshock infinite just got a GOTYE, you wouldn't know though as it's not gonna draw page hits. To me this is simply a symptom of how average this year has been, not a knock on the last of us or GTA V.

They improved the graphics war more than what happened to Tomb Raider, leave aside the game was way more demanding on last gen systems. And that also wasn't 1080p60 on either console. So I think 1080p60 was way out of reach for GTAV. Better lock at 30 instead of fluctuating framerates.
