Oh god,, system update is expecting to take an hour -__- WTF!!!!!

Excellent tracks, and Tanooki Mario is surprisingly good, his horn and jump animation (at least one of them anyway) are fantastic.

Is the Excitebike track always the same, or does it have variations?

I´ve spent so much money lately on WiiU games that I just can´t press my credit card any more. Argh!

Came in this thread to say "NO THE HELL IT'S NOT!"

Luckily the update just popped up like 3 mins ago after not being able to receive the dlc. I was like "let me get on vgc real quick to see if anybody else is playing the dlc" came in and i left the Nintendo Shop and tried to go back to MK8 and the update appeared.

I guess the American update only just went live a couple minutes ago

Edit: now its downloading again at the MK8 home screen. HURRY UUUUUUP so i can dust a couple ass's with Link online real quick after i try out the new tracks!

Not noticed anything else major - except that I just got the Animal Crossing characters on the title screen just now.

I'm in love with the Dragon Driftway at the moment...

The amount of back, side and front flips The Chad Daddy just hit in the Excite Bike course is RIDICULOUS! That is a very rewarding course to the people who like doing tricks in MK8.

The Dragon level was a eunique looking level that kind of reminded me of that asian level in Ape Escape.

The Mute City level is cool and all but i feel like Nintendo might need to warp those coin track pad things. You gain coins WAAAAAAAAYYYYY too damn fast in that level on those coin pads. I had zero coins, touched The 1st coin pad and had 10 coins within like 2-3 seconds.

They should make it where you can receive no more than 3 coins at a time on each of those things

Finally downloaded, seems Link and his bike are slightly different to my usual set up but I guess I will just make it work

Umm... Egg Cup 150cc 3 stars on my first go. Seems like I could be jumping online a lot quicker then I expected. Normally I always choke on the final race =P Or maybe that was in mirror mode, I dunno its been so long.

Even though it's been awhile for me aswell I knew I'd 3 star em on first try!

Love how every Peach variation was there! xD
