I like my consoles metallic with a metal slime on top.

It depends, but I mostly prefer Black/White.

I generally don't care what colour a game console is. If it releases originally in multiple colours, I'll obviously pick the colour I like best, but if I go with the default colour and months/years later a new special edition version in a different colour releases, I don't give it a second thought.

I will, however, sometimes take the availability of a limited edition console as a sign to finally take the plunge if I haven't already bought the console. The Wind Waker Wii U is a good example of that.

I want that PS4!  A shame it isn't available in the US :(

I prefer black, since basically my whole setup is black. Not a big fan of out of place colours.

I just prefer black for all consoles, whether or not it's the standard color.

Nah, I like eccentric colours, but I almost always get my consoles at launch, so I don't have much of choice. Only time I did was the 3DS launch, where I went with the blue console over the black.

I am a collector and thus, the ONLY consoles I own are the original launch models. I'll pass on anything else.

Never been bothered by colors, I think all my consoles have been White/Grey/Black as dominant colors. To me the appearance of the console ranks very low on my concerns.

Either black, or a colour scheme/design that works, like NES colours or the WW HD Wii U or my ALBW Gold & Black 3DS XL.

Red I stay away from the most.
