Flower!

I miss hatmoza

Good guess, but I think he hated this game even more than Flower. What a horrible person he was.

When it comes to my love for the Fire Emblem series, I actually owe it all to my now Call of Duty playin', NBA 2K15 lovin', brah-tastic brother. I only ever knew about Fire Emblem through its inclusion in Super Smash Bros. Melee, but other than that, I really had no interest in diving into the series. My brother, on the other hand, had already played and loved The Sacred Stones and hurredly picked up this title as soon as it came out. Now that it was on the big screen, I could see what this Fire Emblem series was all about. The moment he stopped playing, I selected my own save file and was immediately thrown into a fanstical medieval fantasty world, full of amazing characters, an engaging story, and mysteries abound. Fire Emblem goes above and beyond making this game more than just (tough as nails) strategy gameplay, but through it's amazing cast and epic tale, it really makes you care about the units you're controlling. And with the game's permanent death gameplay quirk, the GameCube's reset button was used many times during those playthroughs. No man (or woman) was left behind, and I came out of that war with a new franchise to love.

Hint for #46:

This game started out as a shoving contest between overweight combatants.

I remember seeing 'Smeags' Brother' in the sign up list. Is his list being posted here as well?

He just gave me his list to put in. And I'm too lazy to post it day by day.

His #1 game is Red Dead Redemption though.

I'm no FF13 hater, but he wasn't far wrong on that one.

Please post the full 50 on the final day for us though, it's nice to see all the lists

Nice #1 choice

Edit: Wow, you've already done it! And your bro is a Pokemon fan, yay!

Yeah, growing up we shared the same consoles. Genesis>GameBoy>N64>GameCube so a lot of our tastes are the same for the early years.

But when we finally got money to buy our own consoles he got a 360 while I got a Wii. And I got a Wii U while he got an Xbox One. So while we dont share anymore, we still play each others' consoles a lot.

Age of Empires 2 was great, no doubt, but it was hopeless in multiplayer when it launched in the IPX cable days and the term "syntax error" is forever etched on the minds of us old-timers...

There are quite a few older games on my list and it is rather PC-heavy.

Edit; 13k posts.

heh, never had to worry about that myself. I only played Age of Empires 2 multiplayer on PS2 using system link

If not that then... Starcraft?

Also, congrats on 13k!

Correct!

Also; I just realized that my 13k took over 7 years while you have even more after about 8-9 months!
