GTA: VIce city stories?
No one has guessed #37 yet!
#37: Losing a brother is far less stressful than drinking alcohol four times in a row.
New hint: Furniture can give you heart attack.
Second new hint: Playing hide&seek can be a dangerous, explosive affair.
Third new hint: Bugs over the computers at the office?
I'll be also adding these new ones:
#35: Second time playing, a chainsaw will appear.
#34: Smoking is hazardous...to the enemy, of course, because they seem more attracted to a cigarette than your shiny white armor.
Already at 35! Time flies when you're having fun :)
Hint for #35:
The heroine of this game deserves a sequel but she keeps getting overlooked for a man.

Assassin's Creed: Liberation?
Hint for the #34: "Look, plumber's crack." Also, said plumber had a socioeconomic disparity.
#35 - Jak & Daxter: The Precursor Legacy
Tight platforming, some great level design and a nice sense of humour. The other games were good as well, but I think they lost something in the transition to open world. This is a more focused and linear experience and all the better for it

No.
It's the right console, but a bit less recent
"Look, plumber's crack." Also, said plumber had a socioeconomic disparity.
In this first installment, the protagonist is a bit of a douche towards his companion. On later installments, he's pretty lovable and a fan favorite. In the game, he is voiced by one person, but he's voiced by a different person on the other installments. These two persons have something in common: they lent their voices to the 2007 TMNT movie.
