Well, are you talking about the difference between the PS4/Xbox One version (more power to PS4, so we expect a better resolution or at least framerate/effects) ? Or the statement in general?

I mean, saying that they are using all the power is true in my oppinion. The tools are not optimized yet for the consoles yet so of course they are using very bad algorithms. But in term of power, I do not see why they would not be using 100% of it. Later during the generation they will come out with new and optimized algorithms which will also use the same 100% power but with better results. This is what we see with each generation.

If you are talking about the PS4/Xbox One difference (or the fact that it looks like there is no difference between the two) is another thing or again, maybe their tools are just not very good on PS4 which would be weird as it is basically the same hardware... or lastly they may be working closely with Microsoft to actually optimize the Xbox One version very much while going the generic way with the PS4...

So at the end, I believe the statement is quite right. They may just be not very good at programming yet :)

It is impressive... They didn't need to say anything from the beggining. Or just left at "we aimed parity". But any subsequent phrase dig a bigger role like a lier covering a lie with a bigger one every time until he can't anymore.
